Between Mantua and Cremona, in the lands that once belonged to the Gonzaga family, Cantina Caleffi has been operating for over a century according to the principles of sustainable agriculture and the enhancement of native terroirs. Today it produces ancestral wines, sparkling and still, capable of making every bottle a rare piece and every sip an explosion of flavour.

Lambrusco vines give rise to five finely fruity and floral red wines, perfect with meat but also with first courses such as agnolotti in broth and risottos. Malvasia di Candia instead gives life to two white wines: one fresh, agile and sparkling, the other still, ideal for seafood dishes. Seven excellent niche wines also chosen by prestigious starred chefs and Michelin restaurants.
