Crystalline with a ruby red hue enriched by shades of purple red, characterised by remarkable consistency and stability.

Olfactory examination

Intensity, enveloping complexity and an intriguing finesse expressed through a wide range of aromatic notes. Hints of violet, carnation, black cherry, plum and berries clearly emerge, enriched by nuances of vanilla, light roasting and herbaceous notes. Hints of tobacco and leather are also perceptible, underlining a distinctive mineral character.

Taste-olfactory examination

Dry, warm and soft character on the palate. The freshness is accompanied by a pleasant tannic and savoury note, giving a balanced hardness. The overall experience is characterised by perfect balance, with persistent intensity and fine quality. The wood is well integrated on the nose and is defined in the mouth with good envelopment and a good sapid-ematic texture. The full-bodied structure completes the whole in a harmonious manner.
