Brilliant, straw yellow with golden hues, characterised by good structure and fine, numerous and persistent bubbles.

Olfactory examination

Intense and complex aromatic profile, finely fruity and floral. Hints of acacia, apple and pineapple are perceived, accompanied by subtle hints of nuts and hay. Star anise, toast and a delicate touch of honey also emerge, further enriching the bouquet. The mineral component adds further olfactory depth.

It is dry, quite warm and pleasantly soft on the palate. Freshness and savouriness, combined with remarkable balance, combine with intensity, persistence and a fine quality. Full-bodied structure and elegant overall harmony.
